Upon receipt of goods in our warehouses, ODS stores the goods in a well setup warehouse meeting the GDSP guidelines.
Distribute efficiently all products to customers all over the kingdom using in house distribution channel along with a 3rd party (Mersal & Aramex) to ensure wide coverage, good and fast distribution within the predefined time manners as per our agreements with the 3rd party and related SOPs. All vehicles are accredited and approved by JFDA
Our distribution goes through three channels. 1. Greater Amman, covered directly by our vehicles and distribution goes on daily basis (10AM-8PM) 2. The rest of the Kingdom executed by a 3rd party 3. Special vehicle to serve immediate and/or urgent orders is covered by ODS
ODS has a very sophisticated & comprehensive monitoring system which includes as an example temperature, humidity, refrigerators, fire alarms, security system, data loggers, GPS etc. managed by our QA department.
